Account management

Much of the website's functionality has been transferred to the game client. Account management is located on the character selection screen:

Secret code

When you first log in to a new account, the game will automatically prompt you to create a secret code. The code can only consist of numbers.

The secret code is needed for:

Deleting a Character

On the character selection screen, the player must select the character they want to delete from the account and click the trash can button at the bottom, then enter the secret code and click OK. Deleted characters cannot be restored!

Unlocking Items and Inventory

The game allows you to lock/unlock individual items in your inventory, as well as your entire inventory. Locked items cannot be dropped by mistake, sold to NPCs, or used accidentally. To lock/unlock, right-click. To lock/unlock individual items, right-click.

Access to the RMT Exchange

When you try to access the exchange, the client will ask you for a secret code.

How to Change a Secret Code

You can change your secret code on the character selection screen. To do this, click the lock icon at the bottom of the screen, enter the old code, and then enter the new code twice. If a player has forgotten the secret code, they should contact the server administration in the website chat or Discord.

Change Password

You can change your account password:

1. Go to the character selection menu in the game client.
2. Click the Change Password button.

Password Reset

If you've forgotten your password, you can still reset it on the website.

Changing Email

You can change your account email:

1. Go to the character selection menu in the game client.
2. Click the button with the @ symbol.

Conditions for changing a character's nickname

The player has the opportunity to change the character's nickname. To do this you need:

1. Go to the character selection menu in the game client.
2. Select the character you are interested in.
3. Click on the button with the pencil symbol.
4. Fill out the name change form.

• Changing your name costs 299 IMPs.
• The character name must contain at least 1 and no more than 12 characters.
• You can use Latin letters [a-Z] and numbers [0-9] in the character name.

Change class and race

The game allows you to change classes. You can purchase the appropriate class-change card at any time from the Character tab of the Item Mall.

There is also an opportunity to change race in the game. To do this, you need:

1. Go to the character selection menu.
2. Select a character.
3. Click on the change race button.

Changing race costs 1999 IMPs. To change race or class, you must be in a safe zone and remove all equipment from your character.
