The information on this Wiki only applies to the game Ascaron online.

Goals

Wiki created for:

• General description of game aspects.
• Keeping information about the game up to date.
• Minimizing questions that arise from players and eliminating the need for administration to answer general questions about the game.

In general, we expect that the administration will only respond to questions that are not already covered in the wiki, with subsequent additions. Or for technical questions, problem requests, news, etc.

By creating a wiki, we immediately eliminate disagreements between certain aspects, even within the administration. We exclude a situation where the administration's answers differ due to differences in awareness or incompetence on a particular issue. It is in Wiki that the course and direction of the project is set for both the User and the Administration.

Contact the administration

You should avoid contacting the administration if:

*The question is directly related to content that is already on the wiki. We have the right to simply send the player to the wiki without explaining anything. *The question concerns future content. Answers to such questions are given at the request of the administration, but please note that there will be no answer by default. If at any point it is necessary to reach an agreement with the players or we are not sure about this, we will contact the players ourselves.

You should contact the administration if:

• The question concerns bugs in the game. Including detected unfair gaming advantages, etc.
• The question concerns problems with the game client or website on your specific device.
• Website/server/payment system is not working.

*Valuable items were lost unintentionally.

Where and who to contact

Contact occurs via chat on website or Discord through the Administrator in private messages.

Technical issues

For technical questions, there are requests on the website and the Discord server in private messages.
