Offline mode allows you to leave the character online when closing the game client. You can leave your character online only in PvE locations inside safe zones. Can be useful for raising fairies, obtaining fairy items, raising mounts, selling items in trays.
How to enter offline mode
To enter Offline mode, you need to click on the gear and click on Offline-mode. The button is not available in combat zones and PvP locations.
